I've yet to see a single frame of any of these "terror" videos and as of today, it's still unclear to me how producing video content can "harm" others to the extent that it's a serious criminal offense.
If producing video content material that contains harmful, incorrect, threatening images etc, then the government and media themselves should be facing public executions for their conduct through Covid alone on the balance of their own, increasingly fluid and incoherent standards.
Now, suggesting or encouraging terrorist activity is very clearly not a good move and a criminal offense in Canada. Delving into criminal activity is beneath us as a people, though making offensive videos is hardly on the same level as blowing up airplanes, conducting assassinations, narcotics smuggling, fraud or human trafficking like the Indian diaspora in Canada regularly engages in.
Hopefully by now, everyone knows that even the most minor, naive and innocent reference to firearms will yield an RCMP investigation or potentially a home raid. They treat firearms here the same way the FBI treats talk of bombs in the United States. Just don't do it.
But, ten years?! I don't believe I've heard mention of this man having any prior criminal record and ten years in prison, for making videos for a did-nothing criminal group that was largely acknowledged by the state to be a honey pot ?
The offensive irony here to me as someone familiar with the online scene for many years is that for decades, leftists have argued leniency and compassion for “impassioned individuals”. They would often or always look for mitigating factors to reduce sentencing or push for clemency. “Systemic” factors, “historical” factors like upbringing and environment etc would be used to humanize and empathize with the accused.
However, being white men clearly frustrated and yes, violently angry about a great many things happening in their personal lives as well as the wider social framework, the treatment changes. There were certainly instances of criminal behavior from some of “Atomwaffen” participants and I personally would never have supported or condoned the kind of bone headed thinking and grotesque plotting alleged by some of it’s leadership. They were right to be arrested in many cases. But in others the situation plays out similar to my own. You have a frustrated, angry, betrayed man who is in considerable mental distress and is aggressively expressing himself in this manner as a consequence.
There are no support groups, there are no fraternities, there is no “safe space” exclusively for white men like this to engage in where they can find healthier ways to adjust and adapt and pursue political beliefs in a legal and honorable way as there are for every other ethnic demographic imagineable.
So where is the same loving concern for these misled, lost, angry, frustrated young men in considerable mental and spiritual distress ?
This is precisely one of several reasons for founding Second Sons Canada. The mental, spiritual and physical health recovery for men in these kind of environment is profound and far beyond anything I’ve witnessed produced by our abhorrent “health” system that primarily treats these men as cash printing machines, doling out prescription after prescription until the inevitable happens and they die.
Nearly all of my close personal friends who relied on and trusted this system to save them have died.
I’m sure there are success stories and good, competent, well meaning people working in this sector. Personally however, that has not been my experience.
Strong, healthy, motivated, unified men with love in their hearts for each other, their families and communities are robust warriors that can accomplish any task they set themselves upon.
So why the double standard in treatment and perception from the state and media ?
In simple terms, the answer is because they are white and the contemporary system we live under hates white men.
This is becoming increasingly acknowledged not just in Canada but across the world. As the malice and gleeful enthusiasm for harming them continues to increase, it’s becoming impossible to ignore.
After decades of social engineering from subtle “toxic masculinity” to “white privilege”, vilification in popular media, removal of our national heroes and founders from public spaces, erasing their names and contributions from our home because its ‘offensive’ to a minority population etc. can anyone be surprised that this is now the attitude we find prevalent among the new activist class of lawyers, judges, prosecutors, media and politicians ?
Is there any precedent for this kind of punishment? I was facing ten or more years for a litany of charges across the country should I have been convicted on fraudulent weapons and assault charges. Had I not had the excellent legal team, community and resources at my disposal that I had

In comparison, let's look at Antifa and Canadian Anti-Hate darling David Zegarac who committed a blatant vehicular based terrorist attack in Winnipeg, ramming his vehicle through a crowd of pro-convoy supporters: "He pleaded guilty in June 2023 to two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and one count of failing to stop at the scene of an accident causing bodily harm.” Zegarac called the protestors “white supremacists” as this was clearly a politically motivated attack and a a hate crime.

So - intentionally run civilians over in a mass murder attempt with a delightful prior criminal record (and a child molester) nets you two years of house arrest. Making a scary video gets you ten years in prison ?
I see no reason why Mr. MacDonald (Whom I have never met or spoken to, to be clear) shouldn’t be granted the same leniency for a far lesser offense. Take away his internet privileges for a time. Put him on a curfew. Have him on a supervised work placement and some form of counselling. Bar his association with anyone known from the organization and so on.

Really? The prosecution wanted FOURTEEN YEARS.
He edited some videos together when he was twenty years old.
Who will be next? And for what ? Will harmful tweeting get you a 5 year conditional sentence because proven liar Bernie Farber didn’t like it ? Will your son or daughter get into a mood over something that happened at school or in the news, cut together a video to express themselves and go to prison for it?
This is not right, Canada.
We have rapists, murderers, gangsters and child molesters walking free and getting bail. Their sentencing is often so light that it's a preposterous slap in the face to the Canadian public. Plainly, if you insult, threaten, annoy or harm the sensibilities of the Jewish population in Canada you will dealt with exceptionally harshly. If these videos were made targeting Russian nationals, for example, would he have been arrested at all ? Or would CBC have produced a fifth estate piece hailing them as heroes and using it to support more war-mongering in Ukraine ? At best it likely would have been ignored.
Do not expect the "freedom loving Conservative Party" frauds to lift a finger or say a word. They are the biggest proponents of Jewish supremacy in this country and are likely celebrating the sentencing.
As Canada suffers its darkest days in it’s history with plummeting living standards, rising homelessness, violent crime awash and out of control in many of our cities, foreign alien elements subverting and manipulating our government and our largest police forces suggest complying with violent home invaders - the Conservative Party made sure to pander to the Jewish community as a priority.
The Conservatives don’t care about this country or it’s people at all and the translucent veneer of a pretension that they do is rapidly melting away.
It's not the 'violence' or 'hate' they are opposing, as they pretend to be heroes.
The state and our enemies are perfectly okay with violence, threats, intimidation, blackmail, harassment and even murder so long as it suits their aims, objectives and beliefs.
What they really hate, is you.
